“This is an excellent place to park/ leave your car when on holiday or a short break it's reasonably priced secure the shuttle service to the airport is excellent & the drivers couldn't be more helpful l will definitely use ncp again and will definitely recommend them to anyone.”
“Couple of things to flag which could improve things next time. We’d pre booked our space and;
i) directions
It was a struggle to find your car park with so many others in the same area - no sign of Aph as I expected.
Ii) availability and size of spaces
Even when we arrived it took some time to find a space, driving round and round wondering if we’d find one. Even when we saw a space it was touch and go whether the car could fit in given how packed together the cars were.
Iii) bus
Could these not have doors in the middle to exit from? The bus was full and we were at the back, clambering over other people and their cases to hail ours off the racks and get off in time.
No problem with the staff who were great, but these are design issues which could be fixed. Have used aph previously at other locations and it worked much better there.”
