“Upon arrival at 3am, in the pouring rain, the queue to drop off and collect care keys was already queueing way out of the door of the small building, with folk waiting in the pouring rain, including families unable to enter their cars. One guy behind the counter was struggling to keep up with the numbers of customers.
Pleased to say we had no such issues on our inbound flight and were able to collect keys with minimial delay.”
