“It seemed to be no easier than normal parking and walking to the terminal and slower in having to queue for about 10 minutes to hand keys over. Would not use again at this airport”
“Very poorly staffed..on booking the carpark online the meet and greet came up cheapest option so we choose this over the long stay ..as you would expect alot of other people would ..which on arrival they clearly did ..with only 1 member of staff on the desk ..as we stood in the queue ( only few people at this point ) the computers went down..now it's understandable these things happened..unfortunately the man behind the desk didn't have a clue what to do ...after pressing a few buttons, and staring at the screen for 10 -15 mins saying nothing is working he decided to make a call .( by this point the que was growing) the advice he was given over the phone ( which I hope was just other member of staff throwing out an idea and not a manger or someone senior) was to tell the now 20 or so people in the queue to go back to the cars reload suit cases in and drive back out and round and come into the long stay carpark and park themselves...brilliant! ..luckily myself and another gentleman in the que manged to throw some common sense in and persuaded him to just write the booking ref and vehicle reg down with the key and input them on the computer when they came back on line which he reluctantly did job sorted .I do hope everyone manged to get their flight ok ..at no point did he think to put a call in to stop anyone else coming into meet and greet and divert them straight too long stay..so the queue of people just kept growing....react ...deal with the situation .on a positive note..collecting the key and the car on out return was very quick and easy.”
