“Delivered to the airport efficiently. Our flight was cancelled about 5 hours later and we were collected promptly. However when I enquired about some credit for future bookings I was abruptly told " No - claim it off your insurance". This was both disappointing and rude. Since the booking was through you I wonder whether as a longstanding customer you could give me a better response.
