“Checking car in was simple. Ride to airport in comfortable mini bus. Pick up on return without any delay, minibus waiting. Car waiting for us on return to site all of 10 metres away. All staff very polite. They will be my go to parking for future Cardiff flights.”
“Used the Highwayman many times but this time there seemed to be a shortage of staff and vehicles. Arrived at 10:30 and had to wait 35 mins to be transferred to departures. The same person checked us in and parked our car, no other staff until the return vehicle returned from airport.Will think again before using.”
“Very efficient service. We didn’t have to wait long to get to the airport for a minibus and on our return flight there was a minibus ready and waiting. Transfer time to the airport is only 10 minutes if that. Will definitely use again and highly recommend”
