“Used Highwayman on many occasions. However, on our latest booking, when arriving at site there was nobody attending office. Had to wait 15 mins for van to arrive. Similarly on return had to wait 10 mins for van to arrive. Would like to point out this was unusual and in the past there has been no issues.”
