“We have parked at the Highwayman many times & are always very satisfied with the service provided. We travel to our apartment in Spain 5/6 times a year, usually parking at the Highwayman.
We always book the parking through APH but will not be doing so in the future, using Tesco vouchers.
We booked from 7th- 28th January which cost £122.95
Unfortunately due to a medical reason we had to return early & came back on 14th January.
The Highwayman were unable to refund or give us a credit for the 2 weeks we didn’t use as we’d booked with APH.
APH couldn’t provide a credit either as we’d used Tesco vouchers to make the booking.
We won’t be using the Highwayman or APH for any future airport parking as neither company were sympathetic with our losing approx £80 worth of parking.”
