“Very good going to the Airport , arrived parked up car and immediately taken to the airport with another couple. Disappointing on our return, arrived very quickly to pick up return , boarded very cold evening, Door wide open , long wait for other passengers to arrive, eventually when they did around 9 adults and two children with cases and buggies.Driver had to call for back up as not enough room for everyone's luggage. Really this should and could have been avoided with forward planning. I presume to cut costs only one bus was sent but it back fired and another had to be sent out, leaving passengers far from pleased and an obvioulsy embarresed driver. Would I use again , ??”
