“We arrived late at night to collect our car after a delayed flight. Our car was ready and waiting. Unfortunately our car broke down and we had to wait 1 hour for assistance. It was cold and damp. The 2 APH officers on duty invited us into the reception area and made us a coffee. Throughout our wait the 2 AHP staff members were very helpful and a credit to the APH business.”
