“Despite having pre-paid to park for 14 days our return flight was delayed by an hour and we were charged an extra £15 to exit. Seems there is no leeway for events totally out of our control. Would not recommend.”
“On arrival it was very hard to find a parking space, this took over 30 minutes. Our flight was delayed and as a result were charged an extra £60 for leaving the car park 90 minutes later than expected.”
“It’s a reasonable short walk to the terminal and very easy to get to once you’ve returned. Our return flight was delayed and it didn’t charge us extra for over staying what we had pre booked which was appreciated!”
“Although we had a numberplate recognition issue on arrival the staff sorted it very quickly over the intercom with hardly any delay at all. Whatever the issue was, it was sorted by the time we returned and the exit was seamless.
Going out the extensive works between the car park and the terminal was awkward, my wife was recovering from knee surgery and the walk was long if you needed to avoid the steps and help was only available at the terminal.
The work to improve access to the terminal was largely completed by our return and that made getting back to the car far easier and it by-passed the steps as well.
All-in-all the service was good and the new layout is really user-friendly.”
