“The car pack facility was first class so easy to get to the airport terminal very impressed.
But the cost is very expensive will put a lot of people off using it which is a shame because it is very good.”
“Pre-booked online. Easy to find and easy to park. Only problem we found was the info email with directions is out of date, stated that at the barrier the ANPR camera will take a photo and issue a ticket. No barrier anymore photo taken as you drive in, when you leave ANPR camera recognises your car No. Plate and the barrier lifts.”
“Excellent if you can find a parking space. We had pre booked took ages to find a single bay. You can just turn up and park, it appears, so how they manage it pre bookers I do not know”
“Pre booked on the multi storey. On arrival had problems finding a parking space. Took 15 mins to find a space. Wonder what we would have done if none available. Perhaps have an area on one of the floors for all pre booked cars to be set aside on the multi storey”
“Arrived at the multi story to no barrier - even though instructions say a barrier will be there upon arrival. No spaces even though we booked and had to find a person to tell us that there is actually a level 0 which has loads of spaces. At this point we’ve been driving around for 20 minutes. Trying to find the ramp to go down and the signs are no where to be seen until we looked up and they are on the ceiling but hidden by the struts so you cannot see them unless you are under them. On exit got to the barrier and told to give booking reference to get out, couldn’t find booking reference. Finally found the booking with old registration on despite trying to update this pre arrival we couldn’t. Overall badly designed car park and definitely not enough spaces.”
“I had a great experience overall; however, I was disappointed to find that the new parking area is already leaking. Unfortunately, my car ended up next to a large puddle of water because of this issue.”
