“The car park was easy to find and easy to navigate. The parking spaces are a little narrow. I reversed in and it was difficult to get the cases between the cars. When going out we did have to ask for assistance at the barrier as it did not recognise our number plate but this was resolved quickly. I felt the car was very secure there. Overall a good experience and close to the hotel and the terminal building (just a few minutes walk)”
“Generally fantastic. Hassle-free parking and the ANPR system was great. However, this is a VERY busy car park and upon attempting to leave someone had plonked their Tesla in an unmarked location, virtually blocking the exit (obviously becasue they couldn't find a proper parking space), which made it very challenging to exit the car park. That needs to stop.”
