“First time I used this service and have to say it all went very smoothly, no issues with dropping car off and returning for pick up. Barrier worked straight away. My only feedback would be to adjust your information that says you need to collect a ticket when the barrier lifts as this did not happen. I messaged customer team and they advised that it was ok and the barrier would lift automatically with reg plate recognition. Also signpost the pedestrian entrance to the car park more clearly. I will definitely use the service again.”
“Used to love this car park, but prepayment doesn’t seem to work anymore. If you get into difficulty on exit as it wants you to pay many hundreds of pounds then don’t bother pressing the button as staff just answer and ignore you”
