“Very easy to find and well signposted. Paid in advance and barrier automatically opened for us to then find a space and leave the car. Easy transfer from car park to terminal building, approx2-3 mins depending on how fast you walk. Did it all in reverse after holidays. Very easy and good value for money. Used it in conjuction with the overnight stay in the nextdoor hilton hotel as we had a 6:00am flight”
“Very convenient indeed for both overnight accommodation and the airport terminal. We had pre paid the car park, from where we walked to our hotel, then walked from the hotel to the terminal the following morning. Upon return, we walked back to the car park and drove away! Maximum 5 minutes in any direction!”
“Outbound was absolutely fine. We were a bit nervous as the instructions said a ticket would be released but it wasn't, the boom just raised so we just parked and hoped that we wouldn't have issues on departure so that was a bit worrying but thankfully the boom raised upon exit.
The problem and reason for the low rating is that upon return ALL THREE LIFTS WERE OUT OF ORDER!
We had two heavy suitcases, two handluggage bags and other bags. No way could we go up three flights of stairs with our luggage! I walked up and waited at the Hilton and my husband fetched the car and came to fetch me. All very inconvenient. Furthermore, my husband had to help people down the stairs with their luggage. One lady on her own was not in good enough health to do it. Totally unacceptable! I do hope that the lifts were repaired soon as people could seriously hurt themselves!
Otherwise the parking location was perfect and but for the lift issue I would be recommending it!”
“Parking was good but it didn't recognise our number plate when we returned. You had to click buzzer for them to let you out, who ever answered was not very friendly”
