“Did a deal with car park and hotel stay, everything was fine until we went to leave . We tried exit the carpark to a extra charge ?? We had a discussion with the intercom to a male colleague working that shift . We explained that we booked a deal with carpark and hotel plus I explained that I even entered the flight details so it could not be wrong .. while we was having the discussion there was other cars trying to exit the carpark which was having the same issues .... does this tell you that there is something wrong with the booking system ??? After a 6 hour flight home, you do not want to deal with issues because we had already paid for the arrival and stay plus the exiting the carpark. This is the only carpark I have issues with so booking in future i will pick other airport instead.”
