“Booked hotel and car park through APH however on arrival at the hotel, we were told they had no record of our booking. Despite this, we were given the key to a room but when we entered the room, it was already occupied. Eventually given the key to another room. Just hoping there is no problem when we get back on exiting the car park.”
“Comfortable overnight stay. Some disappointment with restaurant, very limited choice on menu. Found out afterwards there was a page missing from the menu we were given. Need to ensure does not happen again!”
