Returned and went to the hut where I was immediately given the keys and told which bay to find my car parked just 30 yards away.

“Unfortunately on our return we discovered a scratch on the passenger front door. The gentleman behind the desk reviewed and checked photos from arrival day and confirmed it was a new bit of damage. Two points I need to make are, when will NCP discuss repair to my car, please advise promtly. The second issue, we wish to say the gentleman from the desk was very professional and a credit to your company
