“Very efficient and friendly, however, when we returned we were informed that our car would not start and we should call a recovery service. We did and had to wait the best part of two hours. When we got to the car, it started first time!!
It seems that the person sent to pick it up did not press the clutch pedal when starting the car!! What a prize plonker. Surely if your job involves driving a variety of cars all day, you know to adopt this approach to starting vehicles? It’s a Vauxhall, hardly an unusual vehicle.
We have not received an apology or any compensation for this gross incompetence.”
“Arrived back in Birmingham Airport to find the Valet Parking Area car park and office empty, no information notices. It wasn't until an attendant shouted to us from another car park that we knew where to go. What's wrong with the email system to inform customers of the problem. Also we have a scratch on our bumper, the attendant though was very helpful. We car park a lot farther away from Departures than the 2 mins advertised.”
