“It was ok, nothing outstanding. Convenient for a lone lady traveller arriving at 3am, felt safe. Staff need some customer service skills and could be more helpful, they did what they needed to do, nothing more.”

“On arrival the Marshall said APH was not at the Valet parking area. Went to office with my APH confirmation, as I had changed the car reg 4 weeks previous my confirmation had the new reg but the guy behind the counter couldn't find it on the system therefore saying we were not allowed to park, fortunately another Marshall inthe office having heard our situation had the common sense to input the original reg and it showed up, this is an issue with your IT system for not uploading any change of reg even if we had the confirmation in hand. Not the best possible start to the holiday at 5.30am.
On return just perfect friendly Marshall got the keys and away.”
