Dear Mrs Jones, Thank you for your feedback. Parking prices can vary depending on a number of factors, including how far in advance the booking is made, availability at the time of booking, and demand levels. This means that prices for the same car park can differ, even for the same dates. We would always recommend booking as early as possible to secure the best available rates. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, The APH team

Whilst the arrival on ANPR was great there was only one barrier in operation on exit. Two drivers had either not pre-booked or paid and this caused a a queue with no way of circumnavigating the blockage. Frustrating.

We had our return flight delayed due to bad weather by three days. I tried to get in touch with the Carpark through APH but could not speak to anybody. Got a bot called Fin. He gave me the wrong number. Got a fine of £300 for our flight arriving three days late. Got stuck in the Carpark and spoke to a gentleman over the phone. He then reduced the price to £138 fine. Still too much though. A rip off for something we could not avoid.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating flight delays can be, especially when they’re beyond your control, and I’m sorry this added further stress when leaving the car park. In terms of the charge, the car park operates on pre-booked durations, although exceptional circumstances such as significant flight disruptions are considered where possible. I’m pleased the NCP team were able to reduce the amount, but I appreciate it may still not feel reasonable given the situation. In some cases, overstay charges like this may be recoverable through your travel insurance, depending on your policy. To clarify, this would not have been issued as a fine, but rather the standard gate rate for overstaying. We’ve reviewed your interaction with our AI agent and can see you were advised that overstay charges would apply, and to contact the number listed on your booking confirmation to check rates in advance. As a contact number was not directly provided in that message, it may be that there was difficulty reaching the number included in your confirmation email, so please let us know if that’s the case so we can look into it further. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and I’m sorry the overstay charges were higher than expected. Best Regards The APH Team

Upon leaving the car park the barrier would not allow us to exit it didn’t recognise the number plate so spoke to the attendant who called someone but still couldn’t find our booking we also showed our email confirmation.Eventually they did raise the barrier and allow us to leave so was not the smoothest of ends to our holiday

Easy to find. Online is you need to remember which bus stop you park near. The paperwork is also incorrect on your return. You need to go to bus stop D NOT B.
