Easy entrance hop on hop off bus for jet 2 and tui hols 10 mins from any bus stop

This was such an easy way to park for the week while we went on holiday. It’s the first time we’ve parked this way because we thought it would be expensive. It was cheaper than getting a taxi there and back and we were able to go straight to our car on our return. Not expensive. We paid £49 for the week although we did have a discount code. Will definitely use again. Shame they couldn’t stop it snowing for when we got off the plane!!

Due to an injury while on holiday and being unable to drive, I tried to extend my stay when I arrived back in the Uk. There was no option to do this so I thought I could pay the difference of an extra night on exit. However, I was charged more than the total cost for 5 nights in the car park. Customer Services couldn't help. Not happy that this couldn't be looked at. I had evidence of my medical issue and my travel insurance company could have provided this to the car park.

We’d like to clarify that Birmingham Airport Car Park 5 is owned and operated by the airport, and unfortunately we have no control over the overstay charges applied on exit. These charges are set and collected directly by the car park operator, and we’re unable to amend or refund them on their behalf. That said, we truly regret that this left you feeling unsupported. In cases such as this, we would recommend contacting the car park operator or the airport directly, as they are best placed to review the charges and consider any supporting medical or insurance documentation.
