“I went on holiday for 3 weeks and on my return I found my battery was flat. I asked for assistance to get my car started, but was flatly refused any help. I had to call out a local breakdown company to jump start my car which took a minute to do. This cost me £140, which on top of £150 parking fee was a very expensive way to get to the airport and back. I will not be using airport car parks again and will use a company who can give me a full service to get me to and from the airport. Why can't you supply a jump pack service to assist you customers when left stranded in your carpark?”
“Easy access into and out of the car park with pre-booking. Short walk to the terminal. £40 a day to park however is more expensive than other local airports eg East Midlands.”
“Very easy to find and a short walk to terminal, but bus if needed, make a note of where your vehicle is and which bus stop you used as very handy for return journey on the bus.”
