“NCP Car Park 5 - Beyond Very Poor. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.
Came back from my one week trip to find that some low life decided to tried and break into my car.
Phoned NCP (and police) and sent a claim form to report damage on the night of my return. Police said that there was no CCTV, which is odd as I could see a camera from where I parked.
Anyhow, about two and half weeks and three phone calls later, I get told that my claim has vanished and that there is no longer a record on the system. I am told that it went to the BHX office but they had no record either.
I left it another week with no feedback from BHX so phoned again and was told to resend the form which I did. Three weeks after resending the claim I get told that BHX responded a week before I phoned. So why I was not told about this response when I had left my details is beyond me.
Anyway, I get told basically BHX/NCP take no responability (or care by the sounds of it) about what happens in that car park (and probably other car parks at BHX too) and that I cannot claim for the damage as I parked "at my own risk" and "they accept no responsibility".
So in a nutshell, there are people who enter Car Park 5 who are prepared to break in or damage cars. The communication and process within NCP is woeful (although I did speak to a couple of helpful people on the end of the phone).
As a result of this, I shall not be using that car park, or any other NCP car park at BHX, ever again.

“Used car park 5 when travelling to Palma airport. Arrived 04:30 for a 07:30 flight. Everything went smoothly with only 5 minute wait for the transfer bus.”
“Ideally placed with short bus ride. However returning on bus 4&5 driver gave no info on where we were so didn't realise we had driven through car park 4 into 5 and missed our stop. Had to walk back across car park to find our car. An electronic sign showing bus stops or driver simply saying which stop we were approaching would have been very helpful.”
“I find car park 5 easy to get to and easy to depart,but my biggest bugbear is what we are charged for parking for three nights is as much as for 7 nights which seems very greedy and unfair even with discount.Maybe a loyalty discount could be offered or even cheaper rates”
