“This is an easy airport to get to and while there are regular shuttle buses to the terminal, it is just a ten minute walk under a covered walkway.
The anpr on entry and exit makes it an effortless experience.

“Booking was easy. Getting in and out of the carpark was straightforword too. However, when we returned to our car from holiday, we found the drivers side door handle was damaged. On inspection, our local garage confirmed that someone had attempted to force entry into the car by trying to screwdriver the door lock. Fortunately they were not successful. The damage will cost between £200 and £300 to put right, along with the stress and inconvenience caused. As a result, we will not be using this car park again,and we will think twice before using Birmingham as an airport in future.”
