“Parked my vehicle in car park 5 for seven days only to come back off holiday to find that the rear of my car damaged.
I've emailed the relevant people asking for help and CCTV footage, however no one has got back to me.”
“As straightforward as it gets. Arrived at the barrier close enough to be detected by the camera, which means the front wheels over the rubber speed bump and within 5 seconds the barrier came up. Returning after the flight was just as quick. More often than not, we choose to walk to the terminal, although the shuttle bus is pretty regular. It is important to remember the location of the car, a two digit alphanumeric code, perhaps write it down in the Notes app on your phone, after two weeks it's so easy to forget. I wondered if a digital photograph taken as you walk away from the car would be an advantage because there are a lot of cars in each zone.”
“Smallish spaces for a larger vehicle. Had a problem exiting the car park as they did not recognise the booking ? This put half an our on our journey home. Not a great experience unfortunatley.”
“Sometimes difficult to find a space near to exit, otherwise Ok, been using this car park for many years.
Surprised at exit gate when told I had not paid and was to be charged £475! Resolved with call, bit disappointed.”
