“Excellent facility, my only observation would a sign saying number plate recognition well before reaching the entry barrier ,would help the first time users !”
“Easy to access off the main carriageway.
Shuttle bus runs regularly and have numerous bus stops in car park 5.
My only criticism is, there are a lack of exit signs, whether be painted on tarmac or visual signage.
I would recommend this car park and definitely use again.”
“arrived Birmingham airport sunday evening,7-00pm,waited for the bus (for carparks 4&5)only to be told by the driver that we couldn't use that bus as we were with APH ¬ Birminghamn& we would have to find another stop further up and he pulled away.By this time the rain was pouring down ,we were soaked and every one we spoke to said we were at the right bus stop.After another 15 minutes of waiting the same bus arrived back and after some talking and looking at our papers he said he would take us as we had APH on one sheet and Birminghamcar park 5 on another.As you can imagine we were very angry,fed up and wet through by this time & it is not the thing you want facing you after a long day travelling,so will this be sorted out before any future trips as we don.t want this type of treatment after we have travelled”
“Easy to find , walking distance to departure or buses if you happy to wait . Spaces were small but didn’t feel too small , car was safe on return and easy to find . ANPR was smooth to get in and out so all in all no worries . This was the cheapest I could find to keep my own keys but at just over £100 to park for a week still seems too much for me .”
