“Parking on arrival was fine - easy access to terminal and same on return until we reached the payment barrier at 8pm to find at least 8 cars in front all trying to get out of the car park. Barcodes were not being recognised and the call button was giving no reply. Annoying and frustrating when people are tired from travelling and just want to get home. Disappointing when everything else had gone well.
Return date for info was Thursday 10th November approx 7.45 pm”
“I am disabled which is why I choose car park 1 as it is close to the terminal. Despite having my blue badge I had to park up the top and quite a distance from the exit lifts because the disabled bays were all full, with lots of the cars not displaying blue badges! Obviously not being checked. NCP need to get on top of the problem of people parking in disabled bays without a badge!
On return I had difficulty getting out of the car park due to the ticket machine being unable to read my ticket. Had to phone and wait for the barrier to be lifted.”
“Great location just a couple of minutes to check in decks, was very easy just straight in car car 1 and then on arrival at gate just inserted the ticket and out. Easy.”
