“Return flight cancelled. Got new flight and arrived 3 hrs late. Had emailed ( as no reply on phone) to let them know. Charged £18 to get out of carpark. No one wants to reimburse me for something that obviously happens sometimes and was out of my control.”
“This is our preferred Car Park at Birmingham Airport. It's so convenient.
BUT, I am not sure if it was a technical issue as our flight was delayed, but when we got to the barrier and put in our parking ticket it said we owed £588. We prepaid. A bit of a shock!! I am hoping it has not been added to our card. They did let us through the barrier, but we were not given an explanation.”
“just about recommend, hideously expensive now. i had to stay there for a very early morning flight to a funeral and got delayed coming back same day, cost me almost £90, i'd have been better leaving car in the short stay... the words barrel and have you over come to mind.”
“Easy access via Road & very convenient on foot for both Departures & Arrivals.
However, very frustrated to be asked for payment at the exit barrier when I'd prepaid in advance. Fortunately sorted quite quickly via intercom. Shouldn't happen though.”
