“Very good, on arrival the barrier automatically open, the easy parking and on return drove up to the barrier and again automatically opened. Very easy.”

“Poor signage. When we arrived back, we went to the floor level where we left our car. Apart from lighting near the floor entrance the rest of the floor was in darkness. I expected the lighting to automatically come on as we walked from the entrance area to where our car was parked (far side of the level), but It did not. This is a safety and security problem and needs addressing.”
