“Simplicity itself, as we parked our registration number had booked us in. The staff member gave us a slip which we needed in our return, within a short while the bus took us to the airport.
On returning we waited a short time for the bus, on returning we scanned our white slip which opened a box with our keys in and notified us on screen where our vehicle was parked.”
“Fabulous parking. We use them at all airports across the UK. Fast, efficient service, with short rides to the airport and very close drop off to the departure entrance. The buses are clean and the drivers friendly. On our return we are picked up from the same bus stop right outside the door and our car keys and car are waiting for us. A very smooth, efficient service from start to finish, can't recommend APH enough.”

“Once again we used APH Drop & Go Birmingham for our 1 week holiday to Cape Verde. The process was so simple, arrive at the carpark, your receipt is given to you when a member of staff checks your vehicle registration. You then wait for the transfer bus to the airport, the staff member asked the bus driver, who was ready to leave, to wait a couple of minutes for us to get our cases out of the car. Your car is then parked for you. On your return to the airport, wait at bus stop A, the same one you are dropped off at and return to the carpark. Scan you receipt, and you are told where your car is parked and a lockbox opens with you key inside. Excellent service and we have already booked to use it again in June for our summer holiday.”
