“I dropped my car off at 16.30 on the 30th January. I received an alert from the car at 18.00 saying it was not securely parked (unlocked). I called car park and they confirmed that it was still where I had left it and was still unlocked. When I checked the tracker I could see that the car wasn't moved until 18.59, so my expensive Audi had been left in the drop off area, which is not secure for two and a half hours unlocked. I have used APH at Gatwick previously and been happy, which is why I booked with APH Birmingham. I can never trust them again.”
