“Easy drop off and pick up of car. Only issue we experienced was the wait for the transfer bus back which was around 30 minutes. Staff were polite and friendly.”

Coming we just missed one Airparks bus as we came out of the terminal!
At bus stop A we waited for around 20 minutes the 2 bus's came along together - one accepting white tickets and the other blue tickets which caused much confusion.
After getting on the bus we waited a further 10 minutes or so before moving off.
At the parking we collected our car key from the automatic dispenser and headed off with our luggage to location C43 as it said on the key tag. We soon noticed that row C was not long enough for 43 spaces, as the we met another couple also with key tag C43 coming back along the row.
Couldn't find anyone to help and eventually found our 2 cars parked together in row A !
This experience was very disappointing as we have been using APH for many years and never had any concerns like this before. We will be thinking twice before booking APH again.”
