“Smooth drop off, however when when came to collect our vehicle the barcode on the collection slip we were given was not recognised. When we queried this in the office we were told that our vehicle was overdue for collection. Fortunately, we had a printed copy of the booking that proved this statement was incorrect. After further enquiries were made it appreared that we had been given the wrong collection slip (for someone elses vehicle). The matter was resolved, however it was a worrying experience which delayed our onward journey.”
