“Easy to drop off car the staff came with a check board and then took my car key. Had to wait awhile for the bus so factor this into your arrival time. The return was quicker - the bus came within 5 minutes, the bus journey takes less than 15 minutes. Once dropped off I’ve always had late flights home so I just scan the machine at the lockers with the piece of card they give you when you drop off the car, and then open the locker to retrieve the key. If you lose your piece of card with the scan code on it the office should be manned anyway (but I took a photo of mine when I flew out and that scanned easily as my piece of card didn’t scan as it had rubbed). When you locate your car the key has another card with a scan code on it to open the exit barrier although the barrier opened for me without using this. All in all a very simple process but the instructions in the email do need updating to advise to scan the card, especially on a late flight back as this isn’t clear enough.”
“Nice and simple to use although the transfer to the Airport can be a wait for the bus. There is a QR code to track the bus at the car park however its not available at the Airport (Bus Stop A) so we spent 30mins stood in the cold waiting on the bus our return to the UK. Had we known (been able to track the bus) we could have iiated in the terminal building.”
