“Amended booking months ago, reduced car parking stay and got a refund for reducing by a week, that was December 2024. When I came off my holiday 22nd May 2025 car keys were not available and it took about 25 minutes for the staff to retrieve my car and to receive my keys. Just extended the length of my travelling and at 1.30am it's no fun. Admin had not altered my booking on the system although the printed confirmation I had showed the correct duration.”
