“Dropped car off and had a 25 minute wait for the bus, short walk from the bus stop to the departure point. On our return the bus was at bus stop A,the bus driver was very friendly and helpful, he helped us get our keys and showed us where to find the car, he is a credit to your company, we will definitely use this service again, although we weren't happy with all the queues at Birmingham Airport, with all the work going on.”
“Didn’t realise that this car park had changed, drop off was fine but it’s further away than where it used to be located from the airport, not a great issue as we arrived with plenty of time, only one person there when we dropped the car off. Not manned when we returned, you need you’re ticket that you’re given on arrival to scan at the machine to retrieve your keys, we weren’t told this but it’s a good job I kept that ticket safe! Bit of a wait both ends for the bus to take us and pick us back up, don’t think we’ll use this one again, it was better before.”
“Worked ok but the information for the return could do with work. There are multiple stops (A, B, C etc) A was on the ticket but the A stop has "Blue Ticket", "Yellow Ticket". Everyone at the stop had to ask each Driver (the Drivers were polite but clearly cheesed off at having to tell 1,000s of people the same thing). The actual bus required by us and other was not Blue or Yellow but "Maccadown".
Could easily be down better both before or at the time with text or email reminder and clear bus names.”
