“Whilst the drop off and pick went without a hitch, with a very, very helpful driver finding the APH car park was extremely difficult. Upon returning from our holiday it took over 30 minutes to get back to the M42. We do not have a sat nav and for these reasons we possibly will not use your Birmingham premises again as it was too stressful after a long flighrt.

“We booked ahead for 17 days parking using a customer loyalty discount. The price was very reasonable and on arrival at Mackadown Lane, Birmingham, we were greeted politely, handed over the keys to the attendant and waited just 10 minutes before the bus arrived and transfer took about 10 minutes. On our return we waited only 5 minutes for the bus and collected our keys from the key safe and located our vehicle within minutes. A thoroughly good experience and highly recommended service.”

“First time using drop and go and will be the last. Returned to my car and the handbrake had not been pulled up and it had just been left in gear. Could have resulted in damage to the car or others around. Seriously unimpressed.”
“Drop off and pick up were good but transfers are only every 30 mins. We arrived back and there was a large queue for the transfer bus. Luckily we managed to get on but others behind us were not so lucky and had to wait another 30 minutes for next bus.”
