“A wait of 45 mins when you knew the arrival time of the flight and that when the bus did arrive we filled it l points to a lack of concern for customers! it was also very cold! Finding the car at Mackadown Lane was

On the way back, the wait for the bus from the terminal felt rather long and as far as I know, it wasn't made clear one would need the barcode again to get out of the car park.”
“I've used APH at a number of airports,but this is the first time at Birmingham.
The service and staff were first class. However,it is a bit of a rabbit warren to get to the location and although it is only a 15 minute transfer to the terminal on a good day, the frequency of buses every 30 minutes is insufficient if you just miss one. So it is on this basis that I couldn't recommend Birmingham Drop n Go.”
