“A little confusing good when we went with APH apart from we was waiting a while for the yransfer to airport and it was freezing nowhere warm to stand while waiting. Told us to get bus back where we was dropped off we went with APH on way back the airparks bus turned up and we wasnt going to get it until someone else waiting told us its the same place now thanks to them because we woukd have been waiting another half hour. When we got off the bus with our ticket there was a machine in a building that said airparks so i asked a bloke that was stood there he said rudely thats what im hete to help with there is a sign out side that says key collection i said thankyou but we didnt know we booked with APH why woukd we go to a machine that says airparks. Please update your info to stop the confusion thanks”
“Our first parking experience for Birmingham Airport. We had difficulty locating this car park due to extensive roadworks around the airpo to. Once we got there,the staff were quick, efficient,helpful & polite. Parked car,info given & we were transferred to the airport quickly. Full return info given & also on arrival back at the car park the driver told us what to do & was helpful. We are booked in again for another stay soon!”
