“It was snowing heavily when we arrived. Your member of staff told us off for not using the correct lane, we had apparently entered at a no entry sign. The sign was completely obliterated by snow which is why we couldn't read it! He made us drive round to the correct lane, although he could easily have checked us in at the lane we were in. The automatic doors to the waiting area were locked open and we were being assailed by wind and snow. There was an enclosed area adjacent, where we could still see the arriving bus, but when we moved into that area, we were rudely told by the same person we were not allowed there and return to the exposed, snowy and freezing official waiting area I am 75, my wife is 71. We expected better. To be fair, the support we received on our return when our battery was flat was excellent. Needless to say, it was a different staff member.”
“Easy check-in and drop-off and were on the bus transfer very quickly. Keys were in a new safe box collection point on return which was accessed using my ticket with the bay marked too where the car was parked close by. All staff were very helpful and will definitely be using them again.”
