“Have used APH numerous times both at Birmingham and Gatwick and everything always goes smoothly, from booking on the website, arriving to drop off the car, to collecting the car once arrived back. Great price too.”
“Staff great. However we just missed a transfer to the airport and had to wait 25 minutes for the next one.
When we returned to pick up the car it had been bumped on the passenger door. Again staff were great at dealing with the complaint but have received no communication from air park. Not happy.”
“So easy to drop off, we were given a ticket as we arrived and handed over the key, then we just took out bags and got on the bus. Returning was easy too - despite a bit of a wait for the bus (about 20 minutes - I think it runs half hourly). The bus driver was so lovely and helpful, making sure everyone was okay, and even helping us off the bus and taking our bags back to our car - which was easy to retrieve by scanning out ticket bar code and opening the key locker. The attendant that was waiting also helped us get our bags to the car and was quick helping others that needed it too.”
