“This is the first time I have used this service, and I would 100% recommend.
I lost my ticket, but this wasn’t an issue. The lady said “no worries, we will sort it”.
This service took the stress out of parking my car, just drop off and go.
Keep the fantastic work.
See you again in September :)”
“We thought "Drop and Go" was a meet and greet service, it wasn't.
This is just a traditional leave your car and catch a bus. Unfortunately it wasn't even good service. The wait at the airport for the bus was excessive and the key pick-up seemed chaotic.”
“I have used APH on many occasions before but this time will be my last. On the way to the airport, only 5 minutes from leaving APH the vehicle broke down. We then had to wait for a member of staff to come and access the problem before being able to carry onto the airport. Due to the nature of the problem with the vehicle, the driver had to go an alternate longer way to the airport causing an even longer delay.... not good when you are on a limited time scale. On our return this was no better. Despite APH advertising that transport comes every 15 minutes to pick up passengers, we were waiting nearly half an hour to be picked up. Not ideal when you are landing at 3am in the morning. Then on the journey back, the driver misjudged the lights, causing them to do an emergency stop, throwing all passengers and luggage forward, again not ideal. When we finally got back to our car, heaven knows where APH had parked our car as it was absolutely filthy, covered in bird droppings, etc. This was not the state it was left with them and not the state we expected to get our car back. This is the last time we will use APH again especially as their prices have escalated from a few months ago. A very disgusted customer.”
“I’ve used APH Birmingham for several years- I was shocked to find that the place had moved from Hams Hall to Kitts Green. I didn’t realise until I got outside the original place at Hams Hall at 3am! I then read the fine print and had to navigate myself to KittsGreen park.
Living in North Birmingham the HamsHall was much easier to get to and from without going through the city traffic. I’m not sure whether I’d use it again now I know it’s moved!”
