“Easy quick service drop off & pick up. We did twilight bag drop so no large cases to bring on morning of car drop. On return we had 3 large 25kg cases to manage & lift on to bus & then on to case rack & again back at car park on return. This is just ok for me but for some not easy. Our usual trips are from Manchester & have used APH there over 25 times. They manage your luggage on & off the bus at either end 5 stars”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. I had no issues dropping off and picking my car up,also catching the bus back was made easy because of the drivers help.

“All was good till we returned home. Our ticket would not scan on the machine, it kept coming up with an error. Luckily a member of staff assisted us and reprinted our ticket. Process just wasn’t as smooth as I’d have wanted.”
