“Excellent service at APH in Coleshill. Unload luggage and hand over keys then get on the transfer bus to Birmingham Airport. On return get on bus to APH, see car parked nearby in exit car park, hand over paper slip, take keys and drive home, like clockwork. The guys at APH were friendly, helpful and polite. Will use again and will recommend to one-and-all.”
“Good directipns to find the carpark. Efficient drop off. The pickup coach at the airport on our return didn't have an easy to see APH logo on so we missed the first coach and ended up waiting 45 minutes "(”
“I have always used APH, but sadly this time they have let me down. When returning to collect my car I was told I had an overstay charge to pay of £15!! I was told I was half an hour late. How they work this out is beyond me. They ask for your flight number when booking, so they know when you land. We were 15 mins late landing, no queues at passport control, baggage reclaim not too bad, customs straight through, bus just departed as approached bus stop so had to wait for another. And yet because we were 30 mins "late" I had to pay before they released my key............ really disappointed”
“Self parking so kept car keys. The car park was monitored, with security barriers so no concerns about vehicle theft. Friendly staff on arrival, friendly, helpful staff taking passengers to and from the airport. Thanks to the staff”
