Just one small irritation and that is the automatic door on the waiting area. It continuously opens and closes when anyone moves within about 6 feet of it even if they have no intention of actually passing through it and on a cold(ish) breezy morning it makes it uncomfortable to sit in the waiting area with the draught that it causes. Could the door be changed to a (large) press-button-open-on-demand type to overcome that problem?”
