“All fine until return journey. Bus was crowded and queues for next one. Our driver allowed extra people on meaning the gangway was full of cases and people were stuck. The family including babies who insisted on boarding when Bus already full were stood right up to the doors and this should not have been allowed by the driver.
The automatic key return boxes weren't working meaning the entry point for cars was full of people both entering and trying to leave. All at about 2.30am Friday morning 16th june”
