“Great service on arrival. Bus waiting to take us to the airport. However on returning the bus was at the stop but was full. There were around 20 other people waiting for the bus before us (with an infant).
We then proceeded to wait for the next bus, around 20 minutes, and when it came it was a small bus and there was no queue just everyone pushing on. The bus driver didn’t intervene at all. We managed to all get on the bus but it seemed so unorganised.”
“Instructions for check-in confusing, access to drop-off zones very tight. Return journey chaotic, substitute bus had no air conditioning and no instructions given for barrier access so had to follow car in front very quickly to save holding up queue.”
