The staff were so organised, expected us, told us where to leave the car for staff to park and what to do to drop keys. Pick up was almost immediate. One small point was that the bus driver didn’t mention that you must keep your key ticket with the bar code with you to be able to access keys on your return. We only overheard him chatting to another family.
On return the bus was waiting at Stop A almost right outside arrivals. Driver could not have been better. English man, greying hair. Insisted on lifting our luggage on and very chatty and helpful to us and also a single mum who had large bags. No expectation for him to help us. When we arrived back at the car park he clearly explained what to do, where to reclaim keys, that we could leave bags and also lifted the bags off the bus. He got a tip!
