“Great welcome when we arrived before our holiday and the return procedure was explained clearly. When we returned 10 days later we did not have to wait long for the bus and key collection was great with the automated system. My one complaint is the state of my cover - it was covered in birds dropping. None of the other cars were in this state, so I was clearly the unlucky owner who had their car parked under a tree or bridge. This would put me off from using this site in the future.”
