“Very irresponsible people who had all my car interior,upholstery drenched in water which I believe as some who Parker had left the windows open and now it is all smelly left in such conditions for 2 weeks and no one had the courtesy to sort it before I collected.Had to spend £300 to send to Hyundai for getting all right.I will put in a complaint for sure but unsure if these guys are so customer conscious at all.
Will not recommend anyone.”
“Drop n go better than self park as on proper tar mac parking not rubble as with self park. Also you re covered for any bumps and scrapes with drop n go. We got small dent and 2 scratches on our car in same car park when we self parked and you ve no cover.Cramped spaces difficult to manouvre and very dusty from rubble car needs washing after in self park. hence we did nt notice damage till got home and cleaned car. No such problem in drop and go. Prices remain high for both and we preferred hams hall due to location from the north hence 4* not 5*. Plus driver on outward journey wasnt the most pleasant/ helpful.”
“We boarded with my daughter in a buggy as the last passengers. The driver impatiently drove off without giving us the opportunity to find a seat (of which there were many unoccupied). We were forced to put the buggy brakes on whilst standing dangerously in the middle aisle trying out best to protect our daughter as bags we’re falling all over the place. The driver was doing in excess of 40mph and thank god there was no heavy braking or accident as we would have gone straight through the windscreen. There needs to be some health and safety training conducted.
I mentioned it to the driver as feedback on the way out and the reply was that there were seats with seatbelts - yes, but give us the opportunity to get to a seat please!!!”
