Tried to cancel parking and NO REFUND given by APH.
Would definately advise all to STAY AWAY from APH.”

“The APH , Birmingham car parking was quick & efficient. It's just a pity that the Hams Hall site by J9 of M42 has not re opened after COVID. This was much more convenient for travellers from the north of Birmingham.”
“The only thing I could suggest it a timetable for pick up times at the airport, plenty of people waiting for the bus but no one knew what time to expect it and asking every other bus that stopped. Other then that, very good. Good location, helpful staff.”
