“Excellent service at drop off. Really pleased with shuttle to airport and great method to pick up keys when we returned.
The only thing that spoilt the experience was the shuttle back. When our shuttle arrived the driver left us! He claimed he had never seen our type of ticket before despite us being 4th in the queue. The driver of the next bus that turned up said they should have taken us and tried to radio them several times. We weren’t happy. New drivers were given as the reason. It wouldn’t stop us using the service again though.”
“On returning from my holiday, the bus driver taking us back to base was lovely (it was 1am Uk time, 3am for me) however the member of staff back at base was very rude to me and other returners.
This would make me seriously consider using the service again.”
“Great service, quick to the airport within 15 minutes. Did accidentally input the wrong return date, they changed that for us when we dropped off the car. Easy pick up of the keys from the machine and easy to find the car. All in all easy and efficient service, would use again!”
